How long will it take to receive my Burst Oral Care products in Canada?
International shipping normally takes about 1-2 weeks, however can take up to 5 weeks if your package is slow to get through your countries customs.
How often should I replace my toothbrush head?
Every 12 weeks, no exceptions. Worn bristles don’t clean effectively and can be rough on your gums. If you’ve been sick, swap it sooner. Fresh head = better clean.

The Curve uses a USB-C that plugs directly into the brush. The Pro rests wirelessly on a base powered by USB-C. USB-C cables can be used for either product. The Original brush charger is not compatible with the Pro or Curve.
