Hold the power button while placing the brush on its charging base. In around 7 seconds, the brush will display a menu. Release the power button, then click it once more before removing it from the base. It is now reset.

From fully off, Hold the smiley button and place the toothbrush on the charger base, after 12 seconds it will show the menu. Then press the smiley button and the screen will show restore factory defaults. Press the smiley button once more and that will complete the reset on your BURST Pro toothbrush.
